Volunteer Digital Media Manager and Video Editor
for Marengo United Methodist Church| Aug. 2017 - Current Date
In August of 2017, I was asked if I could assist the church with the creation of their sermon presentation, running the presentations during services, live stream/record the services, then edit down the sermon to post on the church's Facebook page. In 2020, because of COVID-19, all church service material had to become digital. At first, Our pastor live-streamed his service and my job turned into creating music videos of the band; started with just lyrics, and eventually, they got video of the band. As things progressed we now have everyone record their part of the service and send it to me. Each week a take all the material for that week's services and edit a full (approx. 45 min.) video of the entire service. I even created an Intro/Outro and Lower-Thirds for everyone that speaks.

A Freelance Video Production Service
for Myself| Feb. 2020
In February of 2020, I decided to rebrand myself since I was getting a bit more freelance work. Most of what I was making was being used for the client's Facebook pages, so I decided to put all the work on my own Facebook pages to advertise myself. I wanted a name that was simply. Saying what it was that I do, but also sounded fun. Being that my work is done on computers I went with 'Digital' and I like to think of what I do as artwork, so I picked 'Composition'. Then, much like most of my generation seems to like to do with words, I shortened it. Digi-Comp Productions is here to help with all of your video production needs; from storyboarding/scripting, filming and editing.

Freelance Motion Graphics Animator & Video Editor
for Freydesign Productions | Nov. 2017 - Feb. 2018
Waterstone, a client of Freydesign Productions, was rebranding and needed to make the
necessary changes to their videos on Youtube. They wanted to change the intro, outro, lower-thirds and 'info list' graphics, along with applying these new elements to new videos. I was provided with art assets and storyboards to animate these elements. Once that was done, I was given the old After Effects and Premiere Pro project files of their previous videos and added the rebranded elements to them. Then I was given footage of new videos they just recorded and their storyboards. I assembled those videos and also applied basic color correction and audio adjustments. After a few versions and critics, the final videos were posted on their Youtube channel.
Some of the videos include:
'Why Customer Success is so Important' - This was one of the first videos that were just rebranded.
'Waterstone Management Group Overview and Value Proposition' - For this video, I needed to recreate it because they lost the original project file.
'Engaging Across the Investment Lifecycle to Drive Higher Returns' - This was one of the newest videos they had me edit together, following their storyboard.
